The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking IT services-based solutions from highly qualified small business, HUBZone and women-owned small business (WOSB) firms. Through Polaris GWAC, federal government agencies can award task orders to acquire IT services and IT services-based solutions. A total of three MA-IDIQ contracts (Pools) will result from this solicitation. An offeror may only submit a single proposal in any given Pool.
The Polaris Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a family of Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide customized Information Technology (IT) services and IT services-based solutions. The principal nature of any resulting task order procurement must be for IT services; however, ancillary support may be included when it is integral to and necessary for the IT services-based effort. The Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is specifically authorized to purchase supplies and nonpersonal services on behalf of other agencies under the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act (40 U.S.C. 501).
